On 20 April 2016the EnTranCe Energy Transition Community would like to welcome all interested parties to the midterm Energy Progress Event, taking place in the Hanze University of Applied Sciences, Groningen.

During the event more than 30 students from different academic backgrounds will share their innovative projects and challenges. At the poster market you will have the opportunity to meet with more than 20 energy projects, the change agencies in the Energy Transition Community as well as the Centre of Expertise professorships.

You are further invited you to join the seminar 'Involvement of End-users in the Energy Transition', led by Dr. Ruth Mourik. During the seminar stakeholders will share their experiences in the EnTranCe Change Agencies with you and discuss the question 'Does a Change Agency accelerate transition?' and if so, how? Dr. Ruth Mourik is specialist on sustainability, stakeholder participation and the social acceptance of new technologies.

Background Energy Transition Community

The EnTranCe Energy Transition Community (ETC) – organized within EnTranCe – brings people together and provides the environment for participation, co-operative learning and knowledge sharing.  Multi-level (vocational – bachelor – master), multidisciplinary (technical, business, communication, legal perspectives), knowledge sharing and networking are key features of ETC.
